The Company will continue to identify new business opportunities and pursue diverse interests through its separate business units: PEMCO, Inc., Carrothers Construction L.L.C., and Triangle Builders, L.L.C. We believe that this structure allows us to most effectively and efficiently achieve the organization’s mission and goals.

Our primary goals are to continue to build the revenues, profits, people and organization of the company and to continue to execute our strategic plan in order to accomplish our business plan. Growth is planned to occur at a natural, controlled and sustainable pace.

To accomplish our primary goals, our overall program will include the following strategies:

Continue the efficiency and productivity that has been achieved in the past in the use of the human and capital resources at the Company’s disposal.
